Manufacturing capacity
Dongguan Ruishun Precision Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. Over the past 15 years, our company has been dedicated to the research and production of various sheet metal fastener products. In 2020, our base in Liuzhou, Guangxi was put into operation. After 5 years of development, we have now reached a certain scale, with a monthly production capacity of over 100 million pieces. Currently, the company has 80 cold heading forming machines, 140 secondary processing lathes, and over 200 servo tapping machines.
System stability
The company has obtained and is currently operating the F16949 automotive quality management certification. Our high-quality fastener products are the preferred choice for major automotive manufacturers and manufacturers of new energy equipment.
Quality inspection capability
We have optical screening machines, various hardness testers, film thickness meters, torsion force testers, metallographic analyzers and other types of inspection and quality control equipment. All these provide us with stable and powerful quality assurance for our fastener products.
